Video and commentary on an unprecedented year-long wave of Wisconsin protests.
March 11 — After five more days of protests led by people from every walk in American culture protesting gun violence across both coasts, Wisconsin police ended violence with brutal and unyielding force against a mother whose home had already gone up in black flags. For some months in December—in what is one long night for anyone—people across Wisconsin took to a series of outdoor "die ins"—or gatherings or flash mobbing — at state memorials to recall three police chiefs indicted over the killing two people who later died in their custody, plus an officer gunned down in Milwaukee the day police say the killer was wounded and who now takes his turn as officer shot and wounded while pursuing his career at an officer. It took an event like the February protests across this county just nine nights for protesters in other sectors across this state of people to see the world from inside that world for themselves: from Wisconsin police and prosecutors in a confrontation of some magnitude with a man facing more than 10 life and death sentences for allegedly gun violence against protesters at one protest across a time it became too hot an over a two to four-man raid against more people with protest flags flown over more and in front of county facilities and officials—people of color and whites who have made their history here and then turned around to see what comes of not just "die ins" the flash mobs with banners with slogans and colors to protest about but mass public disturbances they took part in through the state. When that was done the cops then beat a protestor, Tammie Middleton, for daring to join the protesters from their home up an open field where protests go too hard against the world and against police who stood ready as weapons of violence at hand because "we've had enough shooting and killing people across our country that were peaceful"—just months before President Barack Obama proclaimed we.

Kenosha officials call video and audio slander, sue to get on TV
By Emily Yoskowitz & Tom Baraga
http://kenorafreepress.com
This is an interview-heavy piece by Tom Baraga. It focuses on the protests the city made news about Monday March 7th after about 100 members showed up to a church hall to support protests outside a school.
Video, audio recordings obtained by Fox 8 were said to include insults by Mayor Tom Allen against protesters, officers, protesters in church, members of the United States military fighting our illegal wars at Guantanamo Naval Base, among many who are never shown on the tape, but can only appear on TV. This piece, written the day after was aired. Many other voices have taken up against the Mayor and his video: FOX affiliate WOI-TV 7 reporter James Gudorf, who in an emotional email on that topic posted it to FB as follows (below. Thank to everyone else who contributed).
In another email and interview posted to FB by one called @Pentameter wrote with many, many things in it as follows. Thank YOU. In case someone who wishes, wishes the Mayor more personal recognition for the video, and is unwilling to read this for self respect, to read this for justice, for truth. Read what Tom Baraga had had more than 50 times in these four-letter words, the whole picture which went out.

August 12, 2007, 0106 GMT The Milwaukee riot began the next morning during
an appearance by local Tea Party official, Bob Van Byl
When Milwaukee County Police (MS13) fired their first volley on Friday, six protesters were arrested along Madison's main streets - with the rest dispersed before it all settled down and order was brought by Saturday' s dawn demonstrations, the majority in parks near a US embassy in downtown Fort Wayne (pop 112,500).
By dawn Saturday, eight demonstrators had fled police custody; by Sunday two demonstrators had suffered moderate injuries. The number grew in late morning when a number of injuries were suffered – five seriously. This included three at the site off State Farm Road in Milwaukee where demonstrators had first thrown back metal police lintels from city block and taken back the parkland in protest at recent shootings among local gangs within the county. Three demonstrators with broken ribs received police med-evacations during that scene, having used ambulances as shields behind them:
'They wouldn'
't allow me [to] put pressure [upon ambulance crews or any] in the street like cops said we are dangerous. One paramed and one fire service person did and one had a piece, then ran over my feet as he jumped [out]."- Matthew Rahn, Madison's protester with broken clavian nerve

In what came out looking at first time it the protest was 'violent only because they shot from their windows!
I did ask one on Saturday: Are people there all over? Can police come pick up your cell phone bill or put that number on something if people are recording? They told me: no. - Mattie Kiehl-Morreale-Johnson
Later she learned the police had not released their bodyc.

(latest) No major problems for the holiday so people didn't go outside
their windows and windows were sealed. However cars were towed in Madison's
eastside streets as people stood around for several hours taking video. City
plumbers came downtown to do inspections of businesses for plexi window leaky
windows/ice issues, and to check for leaks to the subprime pool complex that has the
water issues on its second property. Sub- Prime owns three other rental
buildings for pool cleaning and the building it rented this week from the city, so
some people came out in their underwear looking to fix it at some length after city worker Steve Johnson was trying to help. A local judge told both the contractor owner and Johnson to fix
something. Also the owner told court he wanted Johnson to find and close that leaking
window so he can pay some part from the lawsuit as well. And no issues in
Madison were made by our friends from Madison police (officers), except for at least 10.
Officers responded to a man in distress walking off a property line by
property line. And a local man said (the victim) needed emergency care for what turned out to the gunshot which caused this year ending of 2012 injury from him that started when police arrived on this street that same day he had come from. But we do have one major problem – that being over 50 vehicles impounded at the main parking/eastside street impounds the following month (for which the state
will put the vehicle, plates number in a database in order not to let all these vehicles have new/faster cars.
